Pick up and drop off service

- Please wait at the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- Drop off at any hotel/homestay in Sapa town. An extra fee will be applied if your hotel is located in the village far from Sapa town. The operator will reconfirm this with you.
Notes
- Surcharge might be applied if there are more than just 1 pick-up point for your group or dropping off address is outside the Sapa town
- Price Includes: Toll fees, Fuel, parking fee, and driver expense
Cancellation Policies
- More than 48 hours before departure time: 100% refund but USD 5 par car will be charged as handling fee;
- 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 30% of the total tour price will be refunded;
- Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund;
- Passenger not showing up: No refund.
