MorningPick up from your hotel around 8:30-9:00am for a 2.5 ride to Tuan Chau Marina (transfer not included in cabin price). Have sometime to relax at our waiting lounge before boarding the cruise.
AfternoonUpon getting on board, receive welcome drinks and safety briefing from our cruise manager. You can check in your beautiful cabin, have a quick rest before proceeding to lunch. As you enjoy the special menu, the cruise will slowly move towards Lan Ha Bay. Stop at Dark-Bright Cave to kayak and admire the serene beauty of the bay. If weather permits, another option is to visit Ba Trai Dao Beach – one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay. You can unwind on the sandy beach, kayak, and swim in the crystal-clear water.
EveningReturn to your boat in late afternoon to watch sunset over the Bay. Join our cooking class on board or Happy Hour at our bar. Dinner is served and evening is free time for your own activity (squid fishing, movie watching or just chill at our common area).

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Hanoi
MorningEarly risers can enjoy the spectacular beauty of Halong Bay in the early morning and take part in Tai Chi class. After breakfast, tourists will visit Trung Trang Cave – an untouched cave nestled in the forested mountain on Cat Ba Island. Back on Orchid Cruise for check-out schedule from 9:45 – 10:00 am. A delightful brunch will be catered. Around 11:30am, the cruise returns to Tuan Chau Marina, tourists disembark and say goodbye to the cruise.

- Trip cancellation due to bad weather in Halong Bay:
- The cancellation decision is made by Management Board of Halong Bay on the day of the trip in case of bad weather conditions. In such case, we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer refund in accordance with the cruise policy.

- The FOC rate for children under 4 years old is applicable for 1 (one) child sharing a cabin with 2 (two) adults. Only 1 (one) child under 4 years old traveling with two (2) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin.
- Children from 4-11 will pay extra charge 75% of adult rate.
- Children 12 and above must pay full fare as adult.
- Peak season surcharge : Surcharge $50/person for Gala dinner applies if guests stay on board on December 24th and/or December 31st 2022 and Lunar New Year (28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025)
- Shuttle bus: $35/person (adults and children round trip). Pick up point: at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in front of Hanoi Opera House
- More than 30 days prior to check-in: free of charge
- From 30 to 11 days prior to check-in: 15% of total rates
- From 10 to 7 days prior to check in: 30% of total rates.
- Less than 7 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
- No-Show: 100% of total rates.
- Cancellation notice must be in written form and send to us via email. Refund will be processed between 5-7 business days.
